What may be covered
- Manufacturing defects in seams, trims, zippers, snaps, or construction.
- Material defects that affect normal product use.
- Incorrect or damaged items received from a GEO-THERM order, subject to order review.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper washing, improper storage, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
- Fit, size, color preference, or change-of-mind issues, which are handled under the Return Policy.
- Damage or loss caused by a shipping carrier after the package is in transit, which may require a carrier claim.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without proof of purchase.
